    Sarah has a background in finance, a career working for many large corporate organizations in a variety of industries in Australia and internationally. Raw Remedy™ brings a shift in her career, aligning her passion for health and food to her career.

    “I’m passionate about healthy, tasty food and discovering new or existing brands that do this well around the world.

    My sister and I have created Raw Remedy™ to share something we feel is important with the world. The Raw Remedy™ Energy Bars were created from the lack of healthy snack options available when working and traveling. It was important to create an energy bar that was suitable for people with allergies and sensitivities that was also enjoyable to eat.

    The challenge was to make something that was fresh, organic, plant based, high quality ingredients, packaged, without the preservatives, that was also still not out of reach for people in terms of affordability. It takes more time, care, and effort, but in the end, you know you're putting something honest out into the world. No shortcuts or mass production, just food you can trust, I wouldn’t change that for anything.”

    “I especially took greater notice of my health when I started training for a sports comeback journey and was consuming more and more seemingly healthy foods and was becoming more and more unwell. Instead of my performance improving and being full of energy, it was the opposite.

    With dietary restrictions, at times I struggled to consume what was required to increase my muscle mass, to nourish, fuel and protect my body and rehab my injuries. It wasn’t from a lack of desire, dedication or discipline, it was because my body was seemingly reacting to the foods I was consuming. This is one reason why it’s so important to know your body and what works for you.”
